Return Policy:

Returns are only accepted for damaged items. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your item to be eligible for a replacement or resolution.

Pickup Policy:

Items will be held for a maximum of 7 days. If you fail to pick up your item within this time frame, no refunds will be issued.
